From March 13th to 17th, 2024, the School of Pharmacy, Walailak University, welcomed the visit of Assistant Professor Dr. Torikai Kohei, an expert in chemistry from the Faculty of Science, Kyushu University, Japan. On March 14th, 2024, the School of Pharmacy organized a meeting and discussion on academic cooperation at the Chor Pradu Conference Room, 4th floor, Building A, Walailak University Hospital Center, Walailak University. On this occasion, Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, the President of Walailak University, Associate Professor Dr. Phatnarin Supakorn, the Director of the Center of International Affairs, Associate Professor Dr. Apichart Atipairin, the Dean of the School of Pharmacy, the School of Pharmacy management team, and staff welcomed and engaged in discussions focusing on academic cooperation, research, and student and researcher exchanges.
In the afternoon of the same day, Assistant Professor Dr. Torikai Kohei visited the laboratories of the Center of Science Equipments and Technology, Walailak University. On March 15th, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Torikai Kohei delivered a special lecture on “Moisture Sensitive Chemical Reactions and the Airless Feed Tap” in Room 201, Academic Building 9, the School of Pharmacy. After the lecture, there was an exchange of knowledge regarding research, higher education, scholarship opportunities, and research funding.
