Regarding the hospitalization of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Krom Luang Ratchasarinee Siripatchara Maha Watcharatida at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society, since December 15, B.E. 2565 (2022), due to a loss of consciousness resulting from a heart condition, for which the Royal Household Bureau has periodically provided updates on Her Royal Highness’s medical condition;
It was informed to His Majesty the King that since May 21, B.E. 2569 (2026), Her Royal Highness’s condition had deteriorated due to an intra-abdominal infection resulting from inflammation of the large intestine, compounded by low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, and a blood coagulation disorder.
Although the team of medical specialists closely administered treatment with their utmost efforts, Her Royal Highness’s condition continued to continuously decline. Consequently, on Thursday, June 11, B.E. 2569 (2026) at 19:48 hours, Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Krom Luang Ratchasarinee Siripatchara Maha Watcharatida peacefully passed away at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society, at the age of 47.
In this regard, His Majesty the King has graciously commanded the Royal Household Bureau to organize the royal funeral proceedings with the highest royal honors in accordance with royal traditions, and to enshrine the royal body for the performance of royal merit-making rituals hereafter.
