สำนักวิชาเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ และโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ ได้ลงนามข้อตกลงความร่วมมือร่วมทางวิชาการ                   โดยในพิธีดังกล่าวได้เกิดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2560  ณ ห้องประชุม โรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ ทั้งนี้แล้ว ผู้เข้าลงนามร่วมประกอบด้วย ฝ่ายสำนักวิชาเภสัชศาสตร์ คือ ดร.จิราพร ชินกุลพิทักษ์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์   เภสัชกรหญิงศิราณี ยงประเดิม  หัวหน้าสาขาการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม รวมทั้ง เภสัชกรธนวัฒน์  คงยศ และ เภสัชกรหญิงวรัชยา ช่วยกาญจน์ อาจารย์สาขาการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม  ส่วนฝ่ายโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ ประกอบด้วย นพ.ฉัตรชัย ศรีนามวงศ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ และ เภสัชกรหญิงยุพา วิภาสวัชรโยธิน   หัวหน้ากลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม รวมทั้งตัวแทนจากทุกหน่วยงานในโรงพยาบาล ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในการลงนาม ทั้งนี้แล้ว โรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ เป็นโรงพยาบาลขนาด 500 เตียง ซึ่งเป็นโรงพยาบาลรัฐ …
