The School of Pharmacy at Walailak University is now accepting applications from high school seniors (Matthayom 6) across all regions of Thailand who aspire to become a “Pharmacist” for the Bachelor’s degree program in Round 1 (Portfolio) for the Academic Year 2027. 📌 Admission Highlights

Limited intake of only 55 students.

Selection is based on Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPAX) for at least 4 semesters, a Portfolio, and TGAT (General Aptitude Test) scores.
🎯 Applicant Qualifications

Must be a current Matthayom 6 student in the 2026 academic year.

Must have an overall GPAX (all subjects) of not less than 3.50.

Must have a Science group GPAX of not less than 3.25.

Must have completed more than 15 credits in Science subjects and more than 8 credits in Mathematics.

Must possess a positive attitude towards the pharmacy profession, be in good physical and mental health, and have no vision problems or underlying diseases that would hinder studying and future professional practice.
📑 Prepare Your Portfolio! Applicants must upload their documents in A4 size via the online system without needing to send them by post. The required documents are:

Portfolio Checklist, Personal Profile (Form ภ-01), and High School Academic Record (Form ภ-02).

A certified copy of the official transcript showing at least 4 semesters.

Certified copies of academic achievements in Mathematics, Science, Technology, or Medicine (summarized using Form ภ-04).

A medical certificate from a public or private hospital, issued within 90 days prior to the application date (Applicants must strictly use the provided Form ภ-03). (Note: Please bring all original documents to present on the interview day).

💡 Important Condition Selected candidates who enroll in the School of Pharmacy must sign a contract with the government. Upon graduation, they are required to perform compulsory public service as announced by the Praboromarajchanok Institute and the Ministry of Public Health.
