WU Pharmacy’s lecturer delivered oral presentation on 16th ISPE’s Asian Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology (ACPE) 2024.

Dr. Tanavij Pannoi was selected to present his research papers orally at the 16th ISPE’s Asian Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology (ACPE) on October 12-14, 2024 at the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. He was one of the 6 international researchers who gave a presentation under the theme “Concurrent Contributed Papers Session: Methods”, on the topic of Performance of Matching with Oversample and Replacement Strategy for Imbalanced Real-world Dataset. ​The research topic is to develop a methodology for analyzing health big data in pharmacoepidemiological study. In addition, he also attended a seminar on Advanced Pharmacoepidemiology, where he will apply his knowledge and experiences from exchanging with international researchers to his research and teaching in pharmacoepidemiology.
