The School of Pharmacy, Walailak University, sent a team of pharmacy students to participate in the Pharmaceutical Skills Competition (Pharmaceutical Event 2023) on Sunday, February 18, 2024. The team from the School of Pharmacy, WU, led by Assistant Professor Kanruethai Sangkhno, achieved the following awards:
- First Runner-up Award in the English-language section of the Medical History Taking Skills Competition by Miss Galayanat Saenubol and Mr. Techit Piriyaphon.
- Finalist in the Thai-language section of the Medical History Taking Skills Competition, advancing to the final round among the top 5 teams out of 15 teams, represented by Miss Kulaphamie Nimmo and Miss Dusarin Samaem.
- Advanced to the second round (Sudden Death) of the Problem-Solving Skills Competition in Pharmacy, out of 18 teams in total by Mr.Phattarathorn Imsorad, Miss Patamaporn Tiasakun, Miss Thanyaphat Tipran, and Miss Ariya Thanimlak.
