Sixth-year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) students have made a remarkable national impact, securing both the First Prize (Gold Medal) and a Special Award at the Southern Inventor Award 2026. The innovation and invention competition was held from July 6–8, 2026, organized by Thaksin University in collaboration with the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).
Sweeping Two Major Awards Among Hundreds of Competitors
The innovative project, titled “The Selection of Warfarin and DOACs,” delivered an outstanding performance and brought home two prestigious awards:

First Prize (Gold Medal): Achieved top honors in the Higher Education Category under the Health and Medical Science Group, standing out among 52 competing teams.

Special Award: Selected as one of only 6 distinguished teams out of 123 total entries nationwide. This honorary prize recognizes outstanding work through rigorous selection by 8 organizing partner organizations.
