On August 13, 2024, from 1:30 to 2:30 PM, the School of Pharmacy at Walailak University hosted an insightful seminar on Pharmaceutical Sciences. The event was specially organized for 5th-year pharmacy students as well as graduate students enrolled in the Master’s and PhD programs in Drug and Cosmetic Innovation.
The seminar featured two distinguished guest speakers:
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jia Yinnong from School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kunming Medical University, who delivered a comprehensive talk on the topic of “Targeting Drugs for Tumor Imaging and Therapy”.
Dr. Oliver Hancox from the School of Pharmacy, University of Reading, who presented on the cutting-edge subject of “Glycan Analysis technique.”
This seminar provided a valuable opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of scientific research and gain insights into the latest advancements in their fields of study.
