Research Methodology (Plan 1 Academic Type 1)

This course focuses on developing research skills of Plan 1 Academic Type 1 students by applying theories and knowledge in pharmaceutical science and health sciences to effectively address health science challenges and develop innovative solutions. Students will learn to apply research methodologies, tools and technologies for pharmaceuticals and statistical principles in analyzing and synthesizing empirical data to creatively solve problems. Additionally, students will practice skills in communicating academic information at an international level and utilizing information technology in research. The course also emphasizes managing research work with discipline and responsibility and encourages collaboration with others in both leadership and supportive roles to develop innovations in the field of health sciences.

Research Tools (Plan 1 Academic Type 1)

This course focuses on enabling Plan 1 Academic Type 1 students to apply innovative research tools in scientific and social research to discover drugs and drug targets, leading to clinical use for better health, covering the health problem survey or structural biology advanced analytical tools and related bioanalytical tools, as well as innovative qualitative methods that contribute to deepening the investigation both qualitatively and quantitatively between interventions and health outcomes.

This course aims to develop students' academic writing skills related to pharmaceutical and health innovation, following the principles of academic writing that are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with academic standards. The course covers the analysis and critique of research works, the development of ideas, and the writing of research proposals. It also focuses on creating well-structured content, writing abstracts, presenting information effectively, selecting appropriate language for academic communication, and using correct academic citations.

This course focuses on helping the students apply the basic theory and current knowledge on process and product innovation. This course describes the process of innovation development to be accepted by the market. The students are able to find defects in the original product or process, manage, and continue the existing knowledge for improvement and development with creative thinking.

Pharmaceutical, Health and Beauty Products Development

This course focuses on equipping students with the ability to apply knowledge related to the sources of active pharmaceutical ingredients or bioactive compounds through chemical and biotechnological processes. It covers in vitro and in vivo activity testing, formulation development, drug delivery systems, and innovations in the development of pharmaceutical, health, and cosmetic products.

This course aims to enable students to apply knowledge in conducting systematic literature reviews, analyzing, and evaluating the efficacy and safety of health products.
