Walailak University is the head of Thai University for improving the education system in Thailand. All members of staff need to improve themselves for teaching. The innovation and technology of education were provided in the classroom of Walailak University with the high potential of staff. The UKPSF was introduced in the education system at Walailak University. Now more than 427 staff of WU were certified by HEA or the Higher Education Academy, UK. Today, the School of Pharmacy (SPM) have a newest FHEA or Fellow in UKPSF. She is Mrs. Sawitree Laopaiboonkun. She is belong to Pharmaceutical care Department, School of Pharmacy, Walailak University.
Mrs. Sawitree Laopaiboonkun is specialist in Pharmaceutical care, especially in Drug-related problems. Her research deal with the Drug-related problems and how to solve those problems in the patient care. Her research results were presented as Retrospective study of appropriate medicines in hospitalized patients with congestive heart failure in medicine department at Maharaj Nakhon Si Thammarat hospital, Prevalence of Adverse Drug Reactions from Antiretroviral Drugs in Outpatients at Sichon Hospital, etc.
